Original spare parts for cars from China, included in the so-called insurance basket, grew by 11.5% over the year. This data is provided by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI) in its latest report.
In January 2026, the average cost of a set of spare parts for Chinese cars in the insurance basket reached 75 thousand rubles, while in January last year it was 67.3 thousand rubles.
Airbags have risen in price the most – by 41.7%. Prices for rear-view mirrors (+28%), headlights (+23.2%) and windshields (+20.8%) also increased noticeably.
The only item that became cheaper was the front shock absorber struts – their average price decreased by 4.8%.
