The HAVAL MOTOR ManUFACTURING RUS, located in the Uzlovaya industrial park in the Tula region, produced 130 thousand cars in 2024 at the annual power of the plant of 150 thousand. The first deputy governor, chairman of the regional government, Mikhail Panteleev, spoke about the results of the work of the Tula Automobile Plant and his further plans during the exit meeting of the Federation Council of the Federation on Economic Policy, held in Tula. The production of two types of engines in the full cycle mode is organized there, domestic assembly engines are installed by 90 percent of the HAVAL cars in Russia.
Currently, HAVAL is actively engaged in the construction of a cluster for the production of auto components, and from the future intends to build a center of research and development work.
