In every season, Sochi Drift Challenge traditionally has a stage that takes on the blows of the elements, whether it be a hurricane at Sochi Avtodrome in the 2023/24 season or snowfall on the “Russian hills”. In all likelihood, it was the third stage that became this in season No. 6.

Frost minus 16 and summer tires are a combo that stimulated all participants, judges, staff and spectators to show the firmness of character and once again prove their boundless love for drifts. The judges had to use additional measures and a specialized calculation of glasses to collect a peloton on February 23.

The winner of the qualification was Muscovite Nikita Shikov on the BMW E36 (Carville Racing) with the maximum 100 points per fare, which perfectly realized the judicial task. On February 22 and 23, the 3rd stage of the Championship of the Krasnodar Territory on the drift of the Sochi Drift Challenge was held on STK Pilot (Krasnodar Territory). Applications for participation were submitted by 72 pilots from 21 city of Russia and the Republic of Belarus. Hardly one of them was waiting for the southern highway to meet with frost.
