The first batch of “charged” Xiaomi electric cars was marked by a unique emblem, which uses 24-carat gold. It is known at least one case when the nameplate was torn off the car and put up for sale, after which the owners of the SU7 Ultra began to alarm. Information about this reached the CEO of Xiaomi Lay Zyun, who urged “not to violate the law due to such a small amount of gold.”

The emblem in question is the Xiaomi logo familiar to everyone: the letters Mi are made of a thin layer of 24-carat gold and applied to a carbon substrate. Carnewschina writes that Schildik contains only 0.3 grams of gold in the amount of $ 25-30, but the unknown abductor was nevertheless seduced by precious metal and tore off the emblem from the machine. Later, this nameplate surfaced from the resellers for $ 200.
