The footage posted on the Telegram channel shows that the damaged vehicle is on the roadway: at the time of the accident, the car overturned and landed on the roof. Emergency medical services are working at the scene of the accident: an ambulance has arrived. The recording also shows that people have gathered near the car. According to the Investigative Committee, the cause was a suicide bombing by the attacker. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating criminal cases under articles of encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers and illegal trafficking in explosive devices.
