The incident occurred on the 39th kilometer of the outer side of the Moscow Ring Road. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Road Accidents and Emergency Moscow and Moscow Region”.

The footage posted on the Telegram channel shows that the damaged vehicle is on the roadway: at the time of the accident, the car overturned and landed on the roof. Emergency medical services are working at the scene of the accident: an ambulance has arrived. The recording also shows that people have gathered near the car. As a result of the explosion, the patrol car was damaged. City emergency services were at the scene of the incident. Doctors hospitalized two injured traffic police officers; their colleague received injuries incompatible with life. The man is survived by his wife and two minor children.
According to the Investigative Committee, the cause was a suicide bombing by the attacker. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating criminal cases under articles of encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers and illegal trafficking in explosive devices.
