A rare Brabus all-terrain vehicle was brought to Russia: there are only 15 of them

According to Motor’s own information, a Crawler 900 buggy was met at customs: a special vehicle with Gelika units. This Brabus does not have access to public roads: it is sports equipment created around a spatial frame and vaguely reminiscent of the original. At the beginning of sales, the price was 749,000 euros, and now it is probably closer to the one million mark.

The Brabus 900 Crawler debuted in May 2022, but the German studio immediately warned: the annual circulation would be five copies, total – 15 pieces, that is, production was planned to be completed only by the end of 2024. One of the all-terrain vehicles ended up in Russia, that is, the buyer was not embarrassed by either the hefty price tag or the lack of the usual certification.

Unlike the Gelika, the Brabus all-terrain vehicle has both axles with a portal structure, the ground clearance is increased to 530 millimeters, and the body is as utilitarian as possible: there are no doors or windows! Under the hood is a 4.4-liter V8 engine (900 horsepower, 1250 Nm) coupled with a 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The filling is almost the same as that of the Mercedes-AMG G 63 of the Brabus 900 line. However, the curb weight is half a ton less: 2065 kilograms.

At the end of 2024, many collector cars were imported into Russia. For example, a KTM X-Bow GT-XR and a revived Lamborghini Countach appeared in one of the capital’s garages. Supercars are waiting for the spring opening of the season, but in theory the Brabus all-terrain vehicle could be tested in the winter if a suitable track is found.
