The design studio, known for its exclusive automotive projects, decided to try its hand at the new field of mobile homes. At the CES consumer electronics show in Las Vegas, the studio presented two “motorhomes of the future” with luxurious interiors, created in collaboration with AC Future. Orders are already being accepted, but production will only start at the end of next year.
Sales will begin with AI-Thu (Transformer Home Unit) – this is a stationary “smart” home that can be installed anywhere as temporary housing. Its area is 37.2 square meters excluding the veranda-patio. AI-Thu can transform from an office to a bedroom to a living room.
The price of AI-Thu is 98 thousand dollars (about 10 million rubles). The house is equipped with solar panels with a capacity of five kilowatts, a water collection system and “smart” assistants based on artificial intelligence.

The second model is the AI-THd, or AI Transformer Home Drivable, which, as the name suggests, is a full-fledged home on wheels and can be driven. Its “trick” is its variable length. When unfolded, the area of the interior is 37.2 square meters, and when folded it is 18.1. The cabin can be converted into an office or an additional bedroom.

The same 37.2 square meters is the area of the rooms in the AI-Tht (Transformer Home Trailer) trailer, 7.3 meters long. As in other models, in AI-Tht the premises can be easily adjusted to the needs of the owners.
At the end of last year, Brabus showed a luxury motorhome based on the Mercedes-Benz Actros. Inside there is a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a shower room, and 43-inch 4K TVs and a Sony PlayStation 5 game console are responsible for entertaining the residents. The price is much higher than that of Pininfarina: from 1.26 million euros excluding taxes, or 130 million rubles .
