Eight so -called collections from the Mulliner studio were devoted to animals, works of art and cultural symbols of the Middle Kingdom. There are koi, lions, dragons, playing pandas, fascinating landscapes and, of course, Zhui’s rod – a symbol of fabulous good luck and fulfillment of desires.

China is still one of the largest markets for luxury brands. Therefore, in the release of the Bentley Mulliner studio, the Inspired by China collections is not surprising. There are eight of all such collections. They are dedicated to animals, works of art and cultural symbols of the Middle Kingdom. For example, the Bentayga EWB salon is made up with an eye on decorative brocade carps. Beluga black skin is combined with mandarin orange interspersed, and fish images are applied to seats and doors.

Carps “move” clockwise, which has a symbolic meaning and is associated with success and a life balance. The number of fish is also chosen by chance: the number six in Chinese sounds like a fo – a stream, and is associated with smoothness of life and success. Bentayga EWB front panel depicts circles on the water, as if fish had just sailed there. Gold nameplates on the body mean success, prosperity and luck.

Another collection was created under the inspiration from the canvas “Mountains and Water per thousand Lee” by Van Simen (1096-1119). The picture was painted in 1113 and is a scroll of about 12 meters in length and more than half a meter in width. The panorama on it is made in the so-called style of a blue-green landscape, developed during the Tang dynasty, but is characterized by depth and realism. The palette of the picture and its main elements became the basis when working on the design of the Flying Spur Azure interior.

Also, Flying Spur was decorated with Jui’s rods. This artistic image from Buddhism and Taoism even uses Voyah, since there is no good luck. In Bentley, the rod was depicted in the form of inlay on the front panel, as well as embroidery with a gold thread on the seats. Other collections, unfortunately, have not been honored with informative descriptions. However, it is known that among them there are cars with the image of dragons, dancing lions and even pandas.
