In the USA, the Continental GT with one of the highest readings on the odometer has changed its owner. The price for the car was $5,900 (600 thousand rubles), but the buyer from Europe had to pay auction fees, delivery to the port and loading onto a ro-ro, customs duties, as well as taxes, so the final price increased to 11,754 euros (1.2 million rubles) .

However, the Bentley interior has survived well over more than 514 thousand miles (828 thousand kilometers): there are no torn elements, no obvious defects on the steering wheel or wooden inserts.

Under the hood is a 6.0-liter W12 engine that demands the quality of lubricants and the qualifications of its craftsmen. How and when it was served is an open question. The auctioneers were selling the car as a salvage car, although the extent of the damage was such that the Continental GT should have remained on the road. Interestingly, the final price of $5,900 is not the lowest: similar unbeaten Bentleys with much lower mileage were sold for $4,000-5,000.

However, there are buyers even for cars that have burned to the ground, if the carcass belongs to a rare Ferrari model.
