The model received a large-scale update, affecting the design, technical part and equipment, the press service reported.
The main technical innovation of the Changan CS35 Max is the modern NE1.5T Blue Core turbocharged engine paired with a 7-speed preselective transmission (7DCT).
The dimensions of the crossover have been significantly increased: the length has increased by 210 mm, the width by 35 mm, and the wheelbase by 110 mm. This improves interior space and improves vehicle stability on the road. The design is complemented by an independent multi-link rear suspension.
The Changan CS35 Max package now includes premium equipment: an electric trunk, a built-in DVR and a 540-degree camera with a virtual projection of the space under the bottom. New driving modes “Snow” and “Track” have also been added.
The new model is specially adapted for difficult conditions. The winter package includes a heated steering wheel, front and rear seats, and heated windshield, rear and side windows. Engineers have strengthened the anti-corrosion protection and improved the paintwork of the Changan CS35 Max. Thanks to 115 additional soundproofing elements and upgraded vibration insulation (50% improvement), noise and vibration levels in the cabin are significantly reduced.
