Ford continues to update models for 2027 – now it’s the turn of the Super Duty line. The company said that it took into account the wishes of the owners and is offering them new opportunities. In particular, the XL Off-Road package increases ground clearance and wheel size. Carscoops reports this.

A key update to the Ford Super Duty lineup is the expanded availability of the Tremor off-road package. Now it can be installed on all modifications, including cars already equipped with the STX exterior design package. The Tremor package includes 35-inch off-road tires, a factory lift kit, electronic rear axle locking, enhanced underbody protection, as well as specialized Rock Crawl modes and Trail Control.

Manufacturers are already in full swing preparing for the 2027 model year – all new models are receiving updates. The turn has come to the Ford Super Duty line. The company emphasized that when finalizing the pickups, they were guided by the wishes of the owners themselves.

The Tremor Off-Road Package is now available on all Super Duty versions, including vehicles equipped with the STX Package. It includes 35-inch tires, a factory suspension lift, a locking rear differential, skid plates, Rock Crawl mode and Trail Control.

For the 2027 model year, the XL Off-Road package, which debuted in 2023, also received improvements. Its basic equipment includes 33-inch off-road tires, skid plates and an electronic differential lock. However, according to Ford, some buyers have expressed a desire to get even more ground clearance without changes to the design and interior. In this regard, a new version of the package was announced, equipped with 35-inch tires.

It was previously reported that the Ford Explorer received a new battery.
