FSO returned from Aurus motorcycles to proven BMWs

The day before, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian paid an official visit to Russia, and in Moscow the foreign leader was met by a motorcycle escort of the Federal Security Service, consisting of eight bikes. According to unofficial data, the Federal Security Service is not satisfied with the power reserve of the newest Merlon, so the innovative bike can be converted to a gasoline engine. The use of tested BMW R 1150RT during the visit of the Iranian President is confirmed by the insider. German motorcycles with sidecars were released in 2006 and are equipped with a 95-horsepower gasoline engine with a volume of 1130 cubic centimeters.

The issue of the main cars for meeting foreign leaders has long been resolved: guests are provided with Aurus Senat sedans or similar limousines with a 500 mm insert. The exception is heads of state who bring their own transport: these include the leaders of China, Turkey, the USA and some other countries.
