The championship is confidently holding Toyota: in January of this year, she managed to put 706,544 cars around the world and take a 10.8 percent share of the global car market. At the same time, the demand for Toyota fell by 6.6 percent compared to January 2024.

The second place with a wide margin is occupied by Volkswagen, the result of which is 395,777 cars in January. Sales for the year fell by 4.3 percent. Closes the top three Honda leaders with 277,991 units implemented and with the most sensitive drop in demand – by 22.5 percent. Interest in Honda is rapidly falling in China – in the largest car market in the world, where more and more residents choose “green” energy.

Ford became the fourth in January, rising to one position, although dropping 5.4 percent of customers. The American manufacturer sold 270,437 cars. Fifth place went to Hyundai with 263,208 sold cars (-9.8 percent).
