A 10,000-thousand-high crossover has left the assembly line, the press service of the Automobile Technologies plant reports. M6 moved to an enterprise in the Kaluga region, where Mitsubishi and Stellantis concern were previously assembled, only on February 19, 2025. So far, the M6 ​​is assembled by large -sized assembly, but in the second half of the year it is planned to establish production in a full cycle – with welding and coloring.

M6 appeared on the Russian market in 2023. At first, the crossover was carried from China, and at the end of the same year, test production at the Haval plant under Tula began.

At the end of 2024, it became known that the assembly of the model would be transferred to Kaluga-to the former PSMA RUS plant, which had Mitsubishi (30 percent) and Stellatis (70 percent) until 2022. Now it works under the sign of “automobile technologies”.

HAVAL M6 is one of the most affordable brand models in the Russian market costing from 2,079,000 rubles. For such a price, a 202-capacity of 143 horsepower is offered a crossover of 2024 with a 1.5-liter engine, a pair of which is “mechanics” (a “robot” is available in more expensive configuration). The drive of M6 is only front.

Earlier it turned out that Haval earns on each car produced and sold in Russia at 4-5 thousand dollars. This is a large margin, which is about 20-25 percent of the retail price of the machine. For comparison: usually mass models bring a manufacturer from seven to 10 percent, luxury – up to 15.
