This was reported in the commentary to the publication “Gazeta.ru” by Tatyana Ovchinnikova, director of the International Network of Fit Service Car services. According to the expert, the prices for maintenance of vehicles depend on the cost of spare parts and services of specialists. If the prices for parts are traditionally dependent on the course, then the cost of work continues to inexorably grow. According to the specialist, this year will also be no exception.
Ovchinnikova believes that the totality of both factors will lead to the fact that until the end of 2025 the cost of repairing and maintenance of cars in Russia will increase by 20-25 percent. At the same time, the expert does not see the prerequisites that specialized workshops will reduce prices for their services.
Russia proposed to increase the cost of inspection in China for the second time from the beginning of the year, gasoline has risen in price and diesel fuel as much as the cars have risen since the beginning of the year
The solution of the personnel problem, as well as an increase in the volume of sales of new cars and a decrease in inflation level, can influence a negative trend. In addition, tax changes that increase business costs, changing the situation in the market, affect the increase in the cost of repair and maintenance.
In November last year, Russia considered the possibility of repairing cars with used spare parts. Experts proposed to carry out such work without the knowledge of car owners.
