The incident occurred at the intersection of Pravda and Nevsky streets. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.
“The 28-year-old driver of a white Skoda <...> did not give way and crashed into a dark blue Mazda coming on the right, which flew into people on the sidewalk,” the publication says.
A street camera captured the incident. The footage shows how car parts scatter across the roadway at the time of the collision. According to the channel, as a result of the incident, three pedestrians were seriously injured, and a 44-year-old passenger in the Škoda also needed medical attention.
Before this, in the Moscow region, a recorder recorded how cars with people crashed in an accident. Footage posted online shows the driver of a black car losing control on a snowy road, sliding sideways into the adjacent lane and crashing into another car. The impact throws the vehicle back, and car parts scatter across the roadway. There are only no casualties reported as a result of the accident.
Earlier in the Moscow region, a pedestrian did not survive a serious accident.
