Registration plates with the numbers 133 began to be issued in the Vladimir region. The introduction of numbers with a new area code usually indicates the exhaustion of all available combinations of numbers and letters from the previous series.

Photos of a Chevrolet Niva with region 133 license plates were published on the Platesmania website dedicated to car license plates. Series 133 became the second in a row for the Vladimir region, where numbers with regional code 33 were issued since the introduction of Russian-style license plates.

The author of the photo of a Chevrolet Niva with new license plates from the Vladimir region indicated that the shots were taken in Sergiev Posad near Moscow. The car is parked in a courtyard among residential buildings.
