According to the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer can return the new car to the dealer if it has noticed any drawback in it within 15 days. To do this, you need to immediately file a written claim. A refund is also possible if the car is in warranty repairs for more than 45 days or it is impossible to use a total of 30 days a year.
