The footage posted online shows how a traffic police inspector pushes a truck with his hands as it moves along the roadway, while a colleague walks next to him, who does not help the traffic cop in any way. The recording also shows that a black car is slowly driving behind the traffic police officers, and the patrol car is standing on the side of the road.
