A document on the satisfaction of the claim of the VTK KamAZ JSC to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation appeared in the card index of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The court considered the arguments of the defendant unconvincing and decided to satisfy the lawsuit against the Ministry of Industry and Trade in full. The authorities must pay 386.1 million rubles of subsidies, as well as the costs of paying for the state fee in the amount of 2.4 million rubles.
