Interfax discovered a contract between the State Property Committee between the Mosgortrans and the Chelny Auto Giant on the public procurement website. The agreement provides for the supply of 400 large KamAZ-52222 electric buses, their 15-year service and repair. The amount is more than 29 billion rubles, the plant will receive an advance of 20 percent. The delivery schedule involves the receipt of all cars to Moscow in 2025.

In the supply of 2025, a new generation electric bus appears, which publicly lit only once – in December last year. This is a model with the 52222 index, LED tape optics, fiberglass body, double glazing, two-zone climate control and a battery with a capacity of 230 kilowatt hours.
