If you compare the LADA ISKRA SW salon with a pre-production sedan with the PMEF-2024, then three things are noteworthy. Instead of a 6-speed “mechanics”, a variator is installed: these are the first images of “sparks” with an automated transmission. Adjustments of the climatic system have changed: instead of archaic twists, there are washers with a temperature screen and a chrome-on cantus a la Renault. The touchscreen of the media system has changed: it is frameless, the diagonal is greater, but there are no “hot” keys.
Judging by the test prototypes, there will be well-groomed versions without parking sensors at all, with an unpainted insert on the fifth door and 15-inch discs. Most likely, the configurations of the sedan and the station wagon will differ slightly, but the cross-version may not be available in the basic options. Whether ISKRA and ISKRA SW will appear on sale at the same time is an open question.

Serial production of sedans starts in April 2025. For dealers, the novelty of AvtoVAZ may appear until the end of spring. According to preliminary data, the base ISKRA will cost about 1.2 million rubles, but the real price list will be published closer to the start of sales.
