Autosalon “Buy Lada” revealed the modifications of the flagship AvtoVAZ with the “mechanics” from the Chinese partner. The new 6-speed transmission will be combined only with the 1.8 engine, but the body type is not planned: sedans, station wagons, and their cross-versions are declared. The dealer did not report the details about the equipment, therefore there is only a fork of prices: from 1,786,500 to 2,223,500 rubles.
Ordinary Lada Vesta sedans with a 1.8 and 6-MKPP engine will cost from 1,786,500 to 1,801,500 rubles. Now a sedan with a 1.8 engine and a variator costs from 1,600,000 to 1,960,000 rubles.
The “raised” Vesta Cross with a new transmission was estimated in the range from 1,987,500 to 2 007 500 rubles. Now two-pedal cross-sedans cost from 1,834,000 to 2,071,000 rubles, but recently, the flagship is not available in this type of body at all.

Vesta SW station wagons with a “six -steam” cost from 1,916,500 to 1 931 500 rubles, although the version with the variator can be taken in the range from 1,730,000 to 2,090,000 rubles.
Cross-modification with a new transmission costs from 2,203,500 to 2,223,500 rubles, and this is a new upper bar. Now Vesta SW Cross (excluding Sportline) is not more expensive than 2 191,000 rubles. Since the price scatter is small, most likely the novelty will be offered in the rich equipment of Enjoy and Techno.
The new Chinese gearbox is produced by Wly, designed for torque up to 220 nm, all speeds have synchronizers. To adapt to the Russian engine, AvtoVAZ replaced the primary shaft, a crankcase of transmission and clutch, a cable drive and changed the gear rates. Over time, the 6-speed “mechanics” will appear on Vesta Sport and ISKRA.
