The press service of the Likinsky bus plant told Portal 59.ru that “individual problems in the operation of transport are related to insufficient training of drivers of systems.”
The main complaints of carriers and Perm authorities to new transport are air conditioners malfunctions, “glow” autoinformers and scoreboard, slow opening of the doors and the problem of targeted opening doors on “accordions”. Also, the head of the Department of Transport of the Perm Territory indicated the failure of the delivery time from the LiAZ.

Liaz recognized the failures in the work of air conditioners: the factory said that problems with the climatic system would be eliminated under the guarantee at the expense of the manufacturer. As for the slow operation of the door opening mechanism, this is not a malfunction: LiAZ representatives emphasized that the delays after pressing the button and the inability to open the doors until the bus stop is determined by the requirements for the safety of vehicles.
