For nine days, a team of doctors crossed the United States from west to east. The classic “ambulance”, built by the base of the old “Cadillac”, is considered the oldest medical car officially operating in the United States. During an unusual marathon, doctors had to face many adverse weather conditions, as well as breakdowns of a vintage machine.
The race was organized by the American educational fund in support of the improvement of first -aid skills by doctors to increase their qualifications and teaching citizens. Within the framework of the automotive racket, which lasted nine days, the doctors made lectures for everyone.
