According to statistics on new car registrations for 2025, a number of models from Chinese brands are registered in Russia in one copy. These are Haval Shenshou, as well as Jetour Shanghai L6 and Shanhai L7. In total, the list of unpopular Chinese crossovers, the number of registrations of which does not exceed 90 copies, includes 20 models.
According to statistics from Autostat Info and ASM Holding, the anti-leaders of the 2025 rating with a record low result of one registered unit were three models: Haval Shenshou, Jetour Shanhai L6 and Jetour Shanhai L7. An extremely small number of buyers were also found for the Chery Fulwin T10 and Exeed Sterra ET: two cars of these models were registered each year.
The cars Chery Fulwin T9, Exeed TX, Deepal S5, Geely Galaxy E8, Geely Galaxy A7, as well as Haval Big Dog and Geely Galaxy L6 finished 2025 with a result of three to 10 copies registered in Russia.
At the bottom of the list of those in demand in Russia, with a result of 16 to 88 cars, were GAC Aion Y, Deepal S9, Haval Dagou, Chery Explore 06, Geely Galaxy E5, Li Auto L8, Geely Galaxy M9, Changan Uni-Z.
For comparison, the top sellers among the Chinese segment were registered tens of thousands of times in the same year, making the gap between the leaders and outsiders truly colossal. At the same time, some models with low performance appear in the rating under their original Chinese names, while their localized versions are successfully sold in Russia.
