Women can try taking extreme driving courses to demonstrate their skills to a man. Psychologist Anna Khnykina told Motor magazine about this.
“If for your man a car is a big and expensive toy that he is afraid to entrust to you, you will have to somehow fight for trust and prove to him that you can drive no worse than he can. Alternatively, go to an extreme driving course together,” Khnykina said.
According to her, not all men show distrust of their wives; many drivers understand that a woman should have her own car. The psychologist noted that many motorists perceive a car as a personal thing, so wives should respect the fact that not everyone is ready to share a car even with such a close person as a spouse.
