From January to March 2026, sales of summer passenger tires increased by 41% compared to last year, and in monetary terms by 30%, reaching 8.6 billion rubles. At the same time, the average price of a tire decreased by 7% – to 6.4 thousand rubles, the CRPT told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

“According to our data, the Russian tire market in 2025-2026 remains under strong pressure from excess supply, primarily in the Asian product segment. For the buyer, this, in turn, led to a decrease in retail prices,” said Ilya Plisov, a member of the board of the Union of Automotive Services of Russia.

According to him, little-known brands in the middle and low price segment have fallen in price especially noticeably – by 10-20%. These include Tracmax, Goodride, Triangle, Landspider, Leao, Antares, Hifly, RoadX and Fortune.

According to CRPT, the sales leader was R16 tires (25% of the market): sales increased by 40%, revenue by 28% (more than 2 billion rubles), the price dropped to 6 thousand rubles.
