Rolls-Royce Ghost will be turned into compartment with V12: First images

The Slovak-British company Engler Automotive shared the renders of the two-door Coupétail. We are talking about a custom car with a design in the spirit of Wraith and Specter, but with a modern filling based on a twelve -cylinder engine. To release CouPétail will be ordered, circulation – 19 pieces. The price is: 2.2 million euros to deduction of taxes, which is almost seven times more than the original Ghost.

The tuning studio did not just remove the two doors from the sedan: Coupétail should get an original body with branded hinged doors. All Rolls-Royce elements are rethought by artists, the changes are made even to the “Spirit of Ecstasy”. A power plant will also be subjected to comprehensive modernization: the new Engler will be more powerful than any Black Badge model.

According to preliminary data, the V12 engine with double boost will split up to 760 horsepower and 1000 nm of torque. The compartment will be able to exchange 100 km/h from a place faster than four seconds and accelerate to 300 km/h. Compared to sedan, the road clearance will decrease by 25 millimeters. They also promise improved sound insulation. They plan to save the factory guarantee Rolls-Royce.

Orders for the project are already accepted, but the full list of customers has not yet been formed. The price of 2.2 million euros (almost 2.4 million dollars) is partly barrage, because the usual Rolls-Royce Spectre costs 400 thousand dollars, and the basic GHOST can be purchased in the USA for 357 thousand dollars. Where and when the debut of a real compartment is not specified.
