The co -owner of the enterprise Konstantin Babkin in an interview with Kommersant said that in our country there will be no state support for the production of agricultural machinery without measures. According to the head of Rostselmash, metal in Russia is more expensive than in Germany, electricity is more expensive than in Canada and China, and also a domestic manufacturer has to take expensive loans.

Konstantin Babkin calculated that the cost of production in Russia is 30% more expensive than in Germany, China or Canada. Therefore, without a utilsbor and measures of state support in our market, there would not be completely left to agricultural machinery. For the industry, this would be a step back, the co -owner of Rostselmash believes, because now Russian combines are three times cheaper than the German counterparts comparable in power.

It is difficult to convince consumers of the need to increase utilsbor, Konstantin Babkin admitted. However, no one will do this without market protection and with the current cost of production. A few years ago, it was even more profitable for the agrarians to buy a used foreign machine, and domestic manufacturers had no opportunities to develop, invest in production and improve quality.

The co -owner of Rostselmash called the situation in the industry crisis: about 40% of the annual production of the holding stands on the sites of dealers, demand collapsed, so in the fall the enterprise passed from a five -day work week. However, the abbreviated mode of work negatively affects the team, so 2000 people had to reduce and return to the Five Day.
