The domestic holding shared the pictures from the presentation of a full -size prototype so far of the nameless model. The event was held in China, and the caps on the disks leave no doubt: the industrial partner – JAC, was engaged in the development. The Sollers press service confirmed that the production of a frame SUV is organized at the UAZ industrial site at the end of the year.

To assemble frame cars, the “ninth” line on UAZ built a new conveyor. The SUV will have a number of differences from the starting pickupa: the original salon created taking into account the wishes of Russian customers, as well as its own calibrations of the engine for low -octane gasoline. Even in Ulyanovsk, they intend to assemble a technically close SUV under the JAC brand.

First, the production of pickups will be launched at UAZ: Sollers ST9 and the JAC T9 of Russian assembly are waiting in June-July of this year. SUVs under both brands will appear on the line at the end of 2025, and sales are unlikely to start earlier than the first quarter of 2026.
