Osamu Suzuki died in Japan at the age of 95. He headed the company from 1978 to 2021. Another important achievement of the specialist was Suzuki’s entry into the Indian market. In 1981, the Japanese company, together with the Indian government, organized Maruti Suzuki, which today occupies about half of the total passenger car market in the country.

The most influential automobile designer in history, Marcello Gandini, died in mid-March at the age of 85. The specialist worked on the creation of such unique supercars as the Lamborghini Countach and Ferrari 308 GT/4.
