In the Middle Kingdom, the restyled version of the all -terrain vehicle debuted. Outside, Tank 300 has not changed, but the interior is different: the front panel has been redone, the steering wheel has changed, and the media system and the central tunnel are completely new. The long-awaited diesel version has also been added to the gamut: such an SUV is technically close to the HAVAL H9 and is equipped with a 2.4-liter engine (186 hp) on a “heavy” fuel.
TANK 300 cross -country test in merciless mud
Tank 300 has been sold in China since 2020, so restyling is timely. A corporate wheel with a T-shaped configuration remained in the past: now there are two knitting needles, and a central pillow in the form of a rounded quadrangle. They also abandoned the central tunnel with the washers of adjustments and the massive lever of the transmission: now all the settings are regulated by “swings”, and the gearbox modes are changed by the steering wheel selector. But a large block of wireless charging gadgets has been added.

Only the passenger’s handle and side air ducts remained from the previous front panel: the information and entertainment complex of the other, with a “soaring” touchskrin in the spirit of Tank 500. The technique has not changed: all “three-hundred” has a full-wheel drive with a lowering gear and an 8-speed automatic. In the basic version of the 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine and a rigidly connected front axle, the rich completion has a full-wheel drive with a coupling. There are Hi4-T hybrids, and now the option with a 2.4 turbodiesel will be available.
Great Wall began sales of Tank diesel SUVs
The prices of the updated Tank 300 will be revealed in March. Now the basic SUV costs 200 thousand yuan (27.5 thousand dollars). Probably, the diesel version will be a little more expensive than gasoline, but cheaper than a hybrid. The six -cylinder Tank 330 costs a mansion: it appeared about a year ago, and its update is only waiting.
