The publication “Autoreva” shared the production plan for the next eight months. In 2025, AvtoVAZ plans to produce about 20 thousand LADA ISKRA cars. These are much less than last year’s plans that the head of the High Giant Maxim Sokolov estimated at 40-60 thousand pieces. The head of the plant believes that “the market simply does not need so many cars,” and it is inappropriate to produce on the warehouse.
Maxim Sokolov confirmed that LADA ISKRA will be increased gradually, as the market is needed. Nevertheless, the production plan of 20 thousand new “state employees” means that at first the model will be rare, because close to the Granta and Vesta form factor in the first quarter found 31 and 23 thousand buyers, respectively.

Over time, the AvtoVAZ is ready to collect 12 thousand LADA ISKRA monthly, and the annual capacities are approaching 150 thousand cars. Although the Lada ISKRA conveyor was launched in mid -April, rhythmic assembly is expected only after the May holidays, and the official start of sales is scheduled for July 20. Then the plant will reveal the full price list, because so far only one landmark is indicated-the basic sedan will cost about 1.2 million rubles.
