The date of the debut of the new crossover from AvtoVAZ is named

The long -awaited novelty of the SUV class will be presented to the public on June 18, 2025 as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Autonews reports. The serial production of an all -round on the basis of Lada Vesta, which will be located between segments B+ and C, starts in the first half of next year.

The boiled body of LADA B-CROSS-under this name the project is still known-has already been shown in January during the visit of President Vladimir Putin to Togliatti. In June, a public premiere close to a prototype series will be held: in addition to the “product” appearance, AvtoVAZ will declassify the decoration of the interior and reveal the name of the crossover.

Among the options that the users on the network were Lada Alta, Sfera, Mira, Aster, as well as Lada Nenado, Manul, Ograda. Some of them have already replenished a wide list of names that AvtoVAZ has stabbed in Rospatent.

Togliatti manufacturer promised that the design of the model will be a bomb. Partial unification with Vesta will save in production: 135 parts of cars will be common.

It is already known that the LADA crossover will not have all -wheel drive. What will be the motor gamut is not yet known, but insiders are waiting for the appearance of an improved 1.8-liter motor with a capacity of 135 horsepower (180 nm of torque). However, the units of Chinese origin are not excluded.
