The goal is to perfect the stabilization and handling systems to ensure signature, but predictable behavior of the car at the limit.
Testing in northern Sweden, where temperatures drop to extremely low temperatures, allows engineers to test and calibrate the performance of all-wheel drive, active suspension with two-valve shock absorbers, and torque vectoring.
The new electric GT will be the most powerful road car in the brand’s history. Its power plant is built according to a unique design: one electric motor with a power of about 350 hp is installed on the front axle, and two more powerful motors with a total output of about 950 hp are installed on the rear axle. Total power output exceeds 986 hp.
A special feature of the car was the architecture of the battery with a capacity of about 120 kWh. Instead of a single monoblock, several separate blocks are used, located along the bottom. This solution allowed the cabin floor and seats to be lowered, creating a classic sports car position, and achieving a record low center of gravity. The declared range should be 644 km.
The presentation of the finished production car is scheduled for the summer of 2026. Accepting orders will open in the fall, and the first cars should reach customers in the spring of 2027. The estimated starting price will be about $160 thousand (12.3 million rubles at the exchange rate at the time of publication).
