The model is already undergoing certification. In parallel, the brand is developing a flagship SUV with a length of more than five meters. This was reported by the Izvestia newspaper with reference to a company representative.
“It is planned to end the year with three models in the Avatr line,” said a representative of the brand.
According to him, an SUV is being developed: the company is considering the possibility of its entry into the Russian market, but not earlier than 2027.
The Avatr 07 mid-size crossover debuted in China in the fall of 2025. It became the brand’s first five-door model. The dimensions of the car are 4825x1980x1620 mm, the wheelbase is 2940 mm.
In the Chinese market, Avatr 07 is available in four versions, two of which are hybrid. The 1.5-liter gasoline turbo engine (156 hp) here works only as a generator. Hybrid modifications are offered with one (314 hp, 367 Nm) or two electric motors (492 hp, 629 Nm). The maximum speed of these versions is 190 km/h, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 6.6 or 4.9 seconds, respectively. A battery with a capacity of 39.05 kWh is enough for 220-230 km, and the total range on the CLTC cycle reaches 1050-1100 km. The crossover is equipped with air suspension and adaptive shock absorbers.
