According to the information provided on the company’s official website, the start of sales is scheduled for February 11. The G9 will complement the Foton pickup truck model line on the Russian market, which currently includes the Tunland G7, Tunland V7 and Tunland V9.
Foton Tunland G9 is a full-size pickup truck with a length of 5.34 meters, a wheelbase of 3.4 meters, and ground clearance of 210 millimeters.
At the front, the Tunland G9 has an independent double-wishbone suspension with hydraulic shock absorbers and anti-roll bar, and at the rear, a leaf spring suspension with telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers. The volume of the fuel tank is 76 liters. The pickup is powered by a 2.0-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 162 horsepower, which works in tandem with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The technical characteristics of the new product for the Russian market have not yet been disclosed. The price has not been announced either.
