The sale of an exclusive car existing in a single copy will be engaged in the auction house RM Sotheby’s. German engineers produced model 959 exclusively in the back of the compartment. The presented copy belonged to the racer Jurgen Lessig, who fell by car in a serious accident. After an accident, a broken sports car was sold to a new owner who decided not only to restore the car.
After the accident, the Porsche 959 was bought by another race car driver-Karl-Khaina Foystel. Instead of restoring the serial, the athlete, the athlete turned the compartment into a convertible equipped with a folding roof with an electric drive. For the car, a removable hard top was also made, which is stored in a separate case.
