The new product, which received the H1L1 index, is intended for use in dense urban areas and differs from the standard F200 model in its reduced dimensions. A representative of the Perm auto company told Motor magazine about this. However, when exactly this version will appear on the market is still unknown.
“There will be H1L1 versions. Length 5000 mm, width 2000 mm, and height 1950 mm. This is a modification with front-wheel drive,” the Russo-Balt press service told Motor magazine.
In January 2026, the Perm startup Russo-Balt presented the F200 electric van with a futuristic design in the style of the Tesla Cybertruck. The dimensions of the base van are 5950 mm in length, 2000 mm in width and 2550 mm in height. The height of the roof allows the driver and passengers to stand at full height inside the car, the company assures.
The model is equipped with a 200 hp electric motor. and a 115 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery that provides a range of up to 400 km. The van body is made of unpainted stainless steel, and the vehicle’s load capacity is 1 ton.
The stated price of the first Russo-Balt van is from 6.5 million rubles, the first copies will be delivered to customers in January 2027.
The original Russo-Balt cars were produced from 1909 to 1918 in the Russian Empire, and during this time several hundred cars were produced.
