Former leading Top Gear, who recently completed work on their, as expected, the last joint project – Grand Tour, will again appear together on the screen. The Independent, citing the British Classification Classification Classification (BBFC), reports that the work contains a new show with the ironic name The Not Very Grand Tour (“Not such a Grand Tour”). This will be a documentary comedy dedicated to the memories of adventures experienced on the set.
The director is Phil Churchword, who worked on Top Gear and Grand Tour. The participation of the whole Trinity, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, is confirmed at least for the first episode, the premiere of which will be held in mid -April. At the same time, the Independent article states that the new comedy show will have a whole season. Journalists also found out that the Not Very Grand Tour pilot was shot last year.

At the same time, in the summer of 2024, the Daily Mail wrote that after completing the work on Grand Tour Clarkson, Hammond and May will no longer be removed together, but will focus on solo projects.
But the story of the Grand Tour did not end there. Earlier, the British producer studio Studio Lambert received a contract to create a new Grand Tour, but without Clarkson, Hammond and May. It is expected that the show will return in an updated format and with other presenters.
As for the Top Gear, which went to the BBC, it is closed for an indefinite period. The television organization removed the transmission from the air after the accident that occurred during the filming with one of the leading, Andrew Flintoff. In December 2022, he fell into a serious accident at the Dancefold airfield, where the Top Gear test route is located. Flintoff remained alive, but received serious injuries.
