Last season, Bragin was the first of the Russians to move to the latest Racing Heifbek Leon Cupra Vz, and was mastered with new equipment all year and did not participate in the struggle for the title. But his partner and the ward fought for the championship – young Mikhail Simonov from the Samara region, whose coach Dmitry had previously been a decade.

The task was solved, but not everyone appreciated such dedication. The racer who suffered from Bragin’s actions tried immediately after the finish line to find out the relationship with the multiple champion, and the indifferent spectators criticized Dmitry, completely not embarrassed in expressions. Even many of those who previously admired the athlete from Kazan, this time condemned his actions. Sports authorities did not stand aside. The maneuver who decided the fate was recognized as violating the principles of honest struggle – and his author was deprived of all points earned last season.
It is unlikely that all this was very upset by Dmitry. Usually he is one hundred percent confident in his rightness and does not pay attention to the hype around himself. And the loss of the 6th place in the championship looks like a trifle against the backdrop of 6 champion titles. However, in the new season, things have a multiple champion are going so -so.
