The operator of the site of the M-11 Neva announced the introduction of seasonal tariffs that will affect the direction popular among summer residents. Traveling for travel will be from 50 to 200 rubles, depending on the route and will act on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Prices will not change on weekdays for owners of subscriptions, and the new scheme will last until mid -October.
The North-Western concession company, which runs the M-11 section from the 15th to the 58th kilometer, announced the revision of tariffs in connection with the growth of car flow in the summer season. From May 3 to October 19 on weekends and on Fridays on routes popular with summer residents, increased prices will begin to operate. The trip from the Moscow Ring Road to Zelenograd rose 50 rubles and now costs 800 rubles. Driving to the central ring road is 1 thousand 200 rubles, which is 100 rubles higher than the previous cost.

The most significant increase concerns the route to Solnechnogorsk – its cost increased by 200 rubles and amounted to 1 thousand 600 rubles. On weekdays, with the exception of Friday, as well as in areas not related to summer cottages, prices will remain the same. Changes will not affect the owners of subscriptions.
Earlier on paid routes, M-11 Neva and M-4 Don introduced a summer speed limit. Since April 21, 2025, the Avtodor state operator removed winter speed restrictions for cars and light commercial transport. Now, in most sections of the M-4 highway, you can move at a speed of up to 110 kilometers per hour, and on M-11-up to 130 kilometers per hour.
