This is the first production Aston Martin that is capable of driving on electric power alone, although the range in this mode is only 14 kilometers, and the maximum speed does not exceed 140 kilometers. The internal combustion engine as part of the hybrid power plant develops 828 horsepower, one electric motor is integrated into an eight-speed “robot”, and two more drive the front wheels.
Aston Martin Valhalla was in development for a long time – it took the company five years for testing and testing alone. But finally, the new product was officially presented and it was announced that production would begin in the second quarter of 2025. Only 999 examples of the Valhalla will be built.

The super hybrid has several features. For example, two electric motors are installed on the front axle and are responsible not only for all-wheel drive and traction vectoring, but also serve as reverse – the Valhalla does not have a traditional reverse gear. There is also no mechanical connection between the units for the front and rear wheels; synchronization is provided by the electronic IVC (Integrated Vehicle Dynamic Control) system, which also changes the settings of the steering, suspension and brakes depending on the selected driving mode. There are several presets, including pure electric, Sport, Sport+ and Race, in which the stabilization systems are deactivated.

Two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso and Canadian pilot Lance Stroll actively participated in the creation of Valhalla, and therefore some solutions were borrowed from formula cars. The supercar is equipped with an adjustable front splitter and a retractable wing, which changes the angle of attack and works as an air brake. Aston Martin says that at a speed of 240 kilometers per hour, the active aerodynamic elements generate downforce of about 600 kilograms.
Other equipment includes carbon-ceramic discs with a diameter of 410 millimeters at the front and 290 millimeters at the rear, as well as Brembo brake calipers.
