The footage posted on the Telegram channel shows that the damaged vehicle is on the roadway: at the time of the accident, the car overturned and landed on the roof. Emergency medical services are working at the scene of the accident: an ambulance has arrived. The recording also shows that people have gathered near the car. Before this, in Moscow, a video showed a man blowing up a car with traffic cops. The incident occurred on the night of February 24 on the square of the Savyolovsky station. As a result of the explosion, the patrol car was damaged. City emergency services were at the scene of the incident. Doctors hospitalized two injured traffic police officers; their colleague received injuries incompatible with life. The man is survived by his wife and two minor children.
According to the Investigative Committee, the cause was a suicide bombing by the attacker. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating criminal cases under articles of encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers and illegal trafficking in explosive devices.
