A driver in Russia was prosecuted for systematic traffic violations

As a result, the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to initiate a criminal case for committing acts out of hooliganism that threaten the safe operation of vehicles. The article provides for a fine in the amount of 150,000 to 300,000 rubles, or restriction or imprisonment for up to two years.

The accused admitted guilt. Taking into account this circumstance, the court imposed a fine in the amount of 180,000 rubles. Moreover, the man now has a criminal record. Despite the fact that this is the first such practice, the traffic police supported the court’s decision.
