A Russian who bought a hybrid Li L6 needs to pay 635 thousand rubles of Utilsbor

According to QUTO, additional charges from the Federal Customs Service began to arrive to buyers of electric and hybrid machines, which calculates the “commercial” utilsbor at a new rate. At the same time, customs clearance experts reported that last year the concepts of “commercial utilsbor” for “green” cars did not exist. Legal entities paid for electrified models standard 32,600 rubles. However, since the beginning of this year, the rate has grown to 667,400 rubles.

The Russian authorities began to increase utilsbor last year. However, the change in bets touched by legal entities engaged in the resale of cars. For private traders, tariffs remained the same. For example, buyers of electric cars, consistent hybrids and machines with traditional engines of less than three liters should pay 3400 rubles. Thus, cars could be resold by paying this amount.

At the same time, experts warned that cars imported in the past, but sold in 2025, would operate new tariffs. Since March 1 of this year, the payment of Utilsbor began to be monitored when registering the vehicle for registration in the traffic police. Now from the owners of new cars require significant surcharges. For example, the buyer of the hybrid crossover LI L6 must pay 634,800 rubles.

In early January, in Russia, Utilsbor’s rates for electric cars were sharply raised. For legal entities, tariffs have grown 20 times.
