Actress Ekaterina Vedunova did not survive a serious accident in Mordovia

Along with the woman, her 15-year-old daughter was killed in the accident. Telegram channel 112 reports this.

“The accident occurred on March 4 at the 439th km of the M-5 Ural highway in the Zubovo-Polyansky district. The driver of the Renault Fluence lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with the Luidor, the publication says.

According to the channel, the 45-year-old actress received injuries incompatible with life. The doctors who arrived at the scene of the accident tried to save her daughter: she was promptly hospitalized, but the girl did not survive. In addition, the driver of the car and a 70-year-old passenger were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital.

Before this, in the Vladimir region, a lynx, listed in the Red Book, ran along the roadway. The incident occurred in the center of one of the villages of the Gorokhovets district. Footage posted online shows the predator running along a snowy road near parked cars. According to the channel, this year camera traps have already spotted a lynx in the Kovrovsky district – in the Aleshinsky hunting area. This rare species of wild cats, the only one living in the region, is listed in the Red Book of the Vladimir Region and is under protection. According to state monitoring of the number of hunting resources, 37 individuals were counted in 2024, and 27 in 2025.
