The Auto-Potok telegram channel drew attention to the fact that the SUV is offered only with a double-leaf side behind, while earlier the buyer could order a version with a hinged trunk door. The disappearance of the curious option is associated with the refusal of the supplies of the “Hunters” to the units of the Ministry of the Interior: the autozaks for the patrol service were made with whole doors.

Since 2022, for the needs of the Hunters police, they stopped buying: more modern “patriots” began to order all units. In the early 2010s, the army abandoned the all-terrain vehicles. Private customers buy a version with a double -leaf side in the back is more willing to buy, because by leaving the lower part you can increase the cargo platform for transporting long -breeders.

According to insiders, they do not plan to return to the release of the Hunters with a whole lid of the trunk at the Ulyanovsk plant. Although rumors about the completion of the veteran’s production are each time refuted, in 2024 only 536 UAZ Hunter all -terrain vehicles were released, that is, the share of the model in the total production volume is less than 1.5 percent. In the spring, the Hunters assembly was suspended due to the reorganization of production. The pause should last about two months, and in the summer the all -terrain vehicle will actually receive the status of small -scale products. Now the prices for UAZ Hunter will start from 1,645,000 rubles, and with all options with the expedition package, the model breaks the bar two million rubles.
