Another Russian marketplace has started selling cars

Cars from three Chinese brands appeared on Yandex Market: Chery, Jaecoo and Omoda, TASS writes, citing the site’s press service. For now, the service is available to residents of Moscow, and next year cars can be ordered from other Russian cities. The range of available brands and models will also increase.

You can find cars on Yandex Market in the “Auto Products” section or through the search bar, the press service says. At the time of writing, a search through the line returns only car accessories.

After choosing a car, the buyer will have to go to the dealership, sign a contract and pick up the car themselves. For now, only postpayment in cash or card is available, but in the future it will be possible to buy a car with prepayment.

Omoda S5 with a 1.5-liter engine with 113 horsepower and CVT is estimated on Yandex at 1,855,570 rubles. The recommended retail price is 2,129,000 rubles, and with all possible discounts, including trade-in benefits, it can be purchased from the manufacturer for 1,809,000.

The popular Jaecoo J7 in Lifestyle configuration is offered for 2,769,317 rubles. The retail price of such a crossover with a 186-horsepower 1.6 engine and front-wheel drive is 3,209,900 rubles or 2,689,900 with discounts.

Three other large Russian marketplaces are already selling cars. The first was Ozon, where cars appeared more than a year ago, then Wildberries joined it, and after that Megamarket. Each of them offers delivery.
